Within 30 days, if for any reason "It just ain't right!" we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. Contact us at info@jerrysroguegifts.com or call 1-800-451-3645 (ask for the Gift Shop).
For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt (Food items are not returnable. We will be happy to exchange them, for an exact replacement, if defective).

You can reach a real-live human being 7 days a week, 363 days a year (betcha can guess which 2 days we're closed) between the hours of 10am and 5pm Pacific Time.
Shipping & Returns
Jerry's Rogue Gifts ships UPS within the Continental United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, APO addresses or US Territories.
Shipping Details
All orders will ship UPS Ground F.O.B Gold Beach, Oregon. For expedited shipping options, please call us directly at 1-800-451-3645 and ask for the Gift Shop.
Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item please take the following steps:
- Repack the item in its original packaging,
if possible along with the packing slip.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # by contacting us
at info@jerrysroguegifts.com or calling us
at 1-800-451-3645 (ask for the Gift Shop)
Jerry's Rogue Gifts is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method with a tracking number. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be charged back to the credit card used for purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items.
